Something simple enough to continue all 40 days.<\/p>\n<p>I made a list of 40 people who make my life better and <a href=\"https:\/\/gpbookstore.org\/articles\/positive-living\/the-unexpected-pleasure-of-writing-a-note-by-hand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hand wrote a note<\/a> to each of them. My wonderful sister. A friend who mows my yard because I have chronic <a href=\"https:\/\/gpbookstore.org\/articles\/?p=3680\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">back pain<\/a>. My mother. A friend who faithfully prays for me. My <a href=\"https:\/\/gpbookstore.org\/articles\/positive-living\/friends-and-family\/pets\/dr-marty-becker-how-facing-his-fears-made-him-a-better-veterinarian\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">veterinarian<\/a>, who helps me care for my aging German shepherd. The baggers at my favorite grocery store. \u201cYou came to mind as I was <a href=\"https:\/\/gpbookstore.org\/articles\/inspiring-stories\/stories-of-faith-and-hope\/the-surprise-blessings-of-thank-you-notes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">counting my blessings<\/a>,\u201d I wrote. \u201cI wanted to write to tell you how much I appreciate you. You really bless my life!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So many people said they were touched to be remembered out of the blue that <a href=\"https:\/\/gpbookstore.org\/articles\/prayer\/how-to-pray\/7-lenten-prayers-to-strengthen-your-faith\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">Lenten season<\/a>.
