Try this lemon delight, a perfect ending for a summer meal!<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"blue-lines\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Graham Cracker Crust<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00be c. graham cracker crumbs<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc c. sugar<\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp. melted butter<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filling and Merengue<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 eggs<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd cans sweetened condensed milk<\/p>\n<p>\u2153 c. lemon juice<\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp. sugar<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"blue-lines\">Preparation<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Graham Cracker Crust<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Mix ingredients together and press into 9-inch pie plate.<\/p>\n<p>2. Cook at 350\u00b0F for about 7 minutes (before pie filling goes in).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filling and Merengue<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>2. Separate eggs. Place yolks in a bowl and beat.<\/p>\n<p>3. Add condensed milk and lemon juice; whisk together with yolks. Pour mixture into crust.<\/p>\n<p>4. In separate bowl beat egg whites till stiff, adding 1 tablespoon of sugar at a time.<\/p>\n<p>5. Scrape down bowl and beat 2-3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>6. Spoon meringue onto pie and bake for 10-15 minutes till browned.<\/p>\n<p>7. Let cool to room temperature and place in fridge for 2-3 hours.
