Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">1 small sweet onion, sliced<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">8 figs, halved<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">1 \u00bd Tbsp. olive oil<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">Leaves from 6 sprigs of thyme<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">Salt and pepper to taste<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">1 Tbsp. aged balsamic vinegar<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h3 class=\"blue-lines\">Preparation<\/h3>\n<p>1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.<\/p>\n<p>2. Toss the Brussels sprouts, onion, and figs with the olive oil and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>3. Roast for about 30\u201335 minutes, turning the Brussels sprouts at least once to evenly roast.<\/p>\n<p>4.
