He also disliked the use of the word \u201cheart.\u201d He saw it as a substitute for genuine emotion in a piece. He would hate the ubiquitous heart emoji. <\/p>\n<p>Yet I can\u2019t help admitting I was overwhelmed with emotion at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/guideposts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">your prayers and support<\/a> in response to my piece on <a href=\"https:\/\/gpbookstore.org\/articles\/positive-living\/health-and-wellness\/coping-with-illness\/talking-with-love-and-understanding-about-suicide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">my wife, Julee\u2019s, death<\/a>. You exhibited the qualities that <em>Guideposts<\/em> strives to both practice and instill: faith, hope and prayer. Acceptance over judgment.<\/p>\n<p>That will be all from me this week. A tearful, heartfelt thank you for all the love.
