Frozen fruit makes it icy cold, and plain yogurt, all-natural stevia sweetener and low-sugar berries make it extra healthy. And if you don\u2019t mind added sugar, try using bananas or peaches, and ginger gives any smoothie an extra kick! <\/p>\n<p>Ladies, start your blenders!<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"blue-lines\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n<table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"1\" cellspacing=\"1\" style=\"width: 600px;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>2 c. plain low-fat yogurt<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\">1 c. frozen blueberries<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">1 Tbsp. fiber or protein powder<\/td>\n<td>\u00bd c. water<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>1 c. frozen strawberries<\/td>\n<td>1 packet stevia sweetener<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h3 class=\"blue-lines\">Preparation<\/h3>\n<p>1. Put yogurt, powder, strawberries, blueberries, water and stevia into a blender and pulse on low setting. Blend until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>2.
