Who is the boat’s owner, and what happened to him? Many people in town report having seen a man on board with his dog, but no one seems to have so much as a guess as to his identity. When Priscilla follows the siren’s call to solve this mystery, she finds clues that tie her family to the case in a way no one could have foreseen. Can she find answers before she, too, is the subject of a missing-person report?
